Guatemala Huehuetenango Jabiru Union

This Coffee is the culmination of the work of 76 women coffee producers in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The Jabiru Union provides outreach and education to all women involved in this coffee to equip them to be leaders in their industry and communities. Utilizing a 12-18 hour fermentation and sun drying techniques, the coffee weaves notes of lemon, dark chocolate and cherry.
